    “ We purchased a holiday home in Kinsale in November 2021. Jim Monaghan came to Kinsale in late November and agreed that CJ Residential would project manage the refurbishment of the house. The projected started in early December and in the end, we decided with Jim’s excellent advice to remove practically everything in the property. The windows were in reasonable shape, so they were expertly refurbished. The work took sixteen weeks, and we moved in at Easter. The transformation is incredible we made the best use of every bit of space, and we could not be happier with the result. Taking on a project like this especially when it is a three-hour drive away would not have been possible without Jim, Cian and CJ Residential. Once we picked the materials, we had minimal input until the project was finished. We also had the confidence that if there was a question about something we would be asked before it was too late. Every visitor we had during the Summer were amazed at the quality of the refurbishment, the attention to detail and the speed at which we achieved it.
